Two attractive modern semi detached houses, each sleeping 5, 50 m from the sandy beach of Pendruc, near Trevignon, 4kms from the shops at Tregunc and 12 kms from Concarneau.
These houses sleep up to 5 people each.
Each has an open plan living room with kitchen area with fridge, cooker, oven and washing machine, dining area with table and chairs and lounge area with sofa and arm chairs, Fench TV. Patio doors to private terrace with garden furniture, BBQ, sunshade,
2 bedrooms - double bedroom with sloping roof, and a second bedroom, also with a sloping roof with double and single bed.
Separate WC and a shower room.
The enclosed garden is shared.
There is a pretty coastal footpath along this stretch of coast , which leads from Pendruc beach to the beaches and small port of Trevignon
