: Five miles from Concarneau and two miles from La Forêt Fouesnant for shops, restaurants and golf course.

100 yards to the beach and with a local grocery shop, which sells take away meals, a cafe/bar and restaurant close by.

Eight miles to Benodet from where you can take a boat trip up the beautiful Odet estuary to the cathedral city of Quimper.

The villa, which is very spacious and well-appointed throughout, has a garden and terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

Accommodation

The large living room has an archway separating the dining area from the sitting area with fireplace,  large screen TV and DVD and French windows leading to the south-facing terrace.

Fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven,  freezer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer and microwave.

Washing machine in garage.

Upstairs are four bedrooms, three doubles and a twin bedroom, a box room with cot

a tiled bathroom and separate wc.

Extra single folding bed available, but maximum 8 people. Cot available on request.
