The villa is ideally situated, almost on the beach, close to shops and restaurants

Perfectly situated just across the road from the lovely sandy beach of Pors Ar Viliec, and a short walk from the centre of Locquirec with its shops, restaurants, sailing school and pretty harbour about 500 yards away.

More extensive shopping and supermarket at Plestin Les Greves just over six miles away, and under 20 miles from the attractive old town of Morlaix.

The house stands in a small garden surrounded by a low wall and with an area of lawn to one side, garden furniture and barbecue.

There is a conservatory with teak table and chairs and sea views, ideal for cooler evenings.

Recently redecorated and refurbished with entrance through conservatory to living room furnished in traditional style with leather sofa and armchairs around the fireplace, TV with DVD player, and dining area.
