is an attractive small house ,(50 sq m), entirely renovated in 1999 and in a superb position just 40 metres from the large La Banche beach with its cliff walks, and 450 m from the town centre, with shops, cafes, marina and quay.
There are too many superb sandy beaches in the adjoining 10 kms to mention. Some provide easy access with adjoining parking, some are more rural involving a walk, usually with steps, down the cliffs. You could easily visit a different beach each day.
The custom officers path which running along the cliffs giving fantastic views of the coast, and reasonably easy access onto beaches, can be accessed from the port area.
Binic, with its 14 or so restaurants and cafes on the quayside is only 450m away.
There is a hypermarket about 1000m from the house, and a reasonably sized supermarket about 300m away.
A short walk from the villa and you reach the custom offices path round the coast giving superb views and relatively easy access to rural beaches..

The house is set back from the road and has a sunny terrace with garden funiture and an unfenced grassy area. The open plan ground floor is bright, sunny and cheerful . It has an attractive lounge area with cane arm chairs and a small double sofa bed.
The well equipped kitchen area has sink, hob with 3 gas and 1 electric ring, cooker hood, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer.
There are two attractive bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with twin beds.
There is a shower room with shower, wash basin and washing machine. There is a separate WC
