is carefully chosen for both its prime location and the quality of the accommodation.
We visit Brittany each year to choose new holiday accommodation and introduce new resorts. We have some excellent new additions this year as well as many of our old favourites.

A delightful, newly renovated small house in a superb position, 100m above the L'Avant port beach, and with access to the beach either via steps or by road(500m). It is adjacent to the owner's house and has sea views from the terrace.

This charming Breton cottage of local stone is set in a delightful,south facing, totally enclosed garden, with many trees and shrubs.
Garden cottage is set in a peaceful rural position 700 m to sandy beaches of Binic by coastal footpath and 1700 m by road
La Banche beach -the main resort beach is linked by pedestrian bridge to the marina.
There is a boulevard car park and boules courts by the promenade bordering the long sandy beach with its sea water swimming and paddling pools, and childrens' club in season. Excellent access for families with children and for those with restricted mobility

This house is very conveniently situated, only 300m from the shops and the small sandy beach at St Laurent de la Mer, Plerin, with sea views. Plerin lies between Binic and St Bruiec and has 6 beaches, one of which is the 2 kms long beach of Les Rosaires. Three bedrooms - 2 doubles, 1 twin.
Binic is in the centre of the magnificent stretch of coastline betwen the two ferry ports of St Malo and Roscoff.
The coastline is characterised by rocky headland and coastal paths, easily accessible sandy beaches of all sizes, scenic harbours and marinas , attractive French towns and historic old cities such an Dinan and Tregure. Worth a visit is the charming and grand turn of the century resort of Dinard.
Further to the west are gentle river estuaries with excellent scenery, sailing and oysters.
