Villa Le Luron, sleeps 4
is a comfortable small house,adjoining the owners house, and about 100m above the L'Avant Port beach, which can be reached either by road or by steps. The villa has been completely renovated in 2003 to a very high standard. It has a sunny terrace of polished pink granite from the nearby pink granite coast, and there are superb views from the terrace, past the owners house, to the coast beyond.
The pleasant garden is shared with the owner.

There are too many superb sandy beaches in the adjoining 10 kms to mention. Some provide easy access with adjoining parking, some are more rural involving a walk, usually with steps, down the cliffs. You could easily visit a different beach each day.
The custom officers path which running along the cliffs giving fantastic views of the coast, and reasonably easy access onto beaches, can be accessed from the port area.
Binic, with its 14 or so restaurants and cafes on the quayside is only 600m away.
There is a hypermarket about 500m from the house and you can walk to the boulangerie either across the beach or via the coastal path at high tide..
A short walk from the villa and you reach the custom offices path round the coast giving superb views and relatively easy access to rural beaches..
The open plan living room, 26.69m, is attractively decorated in nautical blue with white framed double glazed windows and doors and white kitchen units. The kitchen area is tiled in blue. The kithen has a dishwasher and multifunction electric oven, ceramic 4 burner hob, sink, fridge and microwave. All appliances are new.
The living area has a dining table and chairs, double sofabed and French TV. The four windows, (not shown), give garden and sea views.
The spacious double bedroom, (18.98 sq m), is bright and sunny with double patio windows opening onto the terrace and another double window. There is a double wardrobe and a further triple wardrobe with drawers. The shower room with heated towel radiator, and separate WC, open from the bedroom.
