Villa Paradis is a short walk to beach, quiet rural setting, under a mile from the beach of Kersidan, accessible via a foot path in about 10 minutes, but also within very short driving distance of the beaches of Trévignon.
Under two miles from Nevez for shops, bars and restaurants and slightly further to Trégunc.
About 20 minutes drive to Concarneau with its walled old town, fishing harbour and restaurants and a similar distance from the pretty artists town of Pont Aven.
The house is peacefully situated in rural surroundings, well away from busy roads, in a spacious enclosed garden, partly shaded by trees and with garden furniture and barbecue.
Accommodation
Villa Paradis is a traditional Breton villa with a comfortable sitting room with sofa and armchair around a fireplace, TV and DVD player and French windows to terrace.
Leading off here is a double bedroom.
Kitchen with a dining table and benches, equipped with oven, gas hob, microwave, electric cafetiere, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and French windows to terrace.
Also on the ground floor is a bathroom and separate wc.
Door to garage with washing machine.
Upstairs are three bedrooms:
- a double and two interconnecting twins (each with door to landing),
a child's room with sofa, cot
and a shower room and separate wc.
