South Brittany with over 500 kms of immensly varied coastline -  beautiful sandy coves, sweeping stretches of beaches and picturesque creeks and harbours, and easily accessible coastal footpaths.

Add to this bustling Concarneau with its "ville ferme" - the unique medieval walled town in the middle of the harbour and Pont Aven, the "painters town", originally 14 houses and 13 watermills and you begin to see what a fabulous area this is for holidays.

The climate is mild and sunny and the sea is warmedby the gulf stream.  Fresh fish is landed daily in the small harbours. The area famous for crepes and gallettes, Breton biscuits and cider and  locally grown vegetables - especially globe archichokes.

Kerfany les Pins is a small sandy cove typical of the area around Concarneau and Pont Aven.

It has attractive headland with coastal walks, a sheltered grassy picnic area and childrens playground at the head of the beach. There is a cafe selling ice creams and snacks and a good restaurant with fabulous views.

We have individual holiday houses close to this beach as well as apartments sleeping 2 - 7, in a converted monastry in a commanding position overlooking the beach, with tennis court and sun terrace.
